Directions to the chamber

We are located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, at 250 Monroe Ave NW, Suite 150. The DeVos Place Convention Center is across the street, the ROAM restaurant is in the same building, and the County building is next door.

Monroe Ave Entrance
You can access our office from Monroe or Ottawa Avenue. We are located on the 1st (first) level of the Bank of America Building. If you enter from Monroe Ave, take the stairs beside ROAM up one floor, or use the elevator towards the back left of the lobby.
Ottawa Ave Entrance
If you enter from Ottawa Ave, you will notice our GR Chamber sign to the far left of the building. The stairs and ramp lead directly to the doors near our entrance, which will be on your left.
There are two bus stops nearby including the DASH Bus and The Rapid.
Parking options (validated parking unavailable)
- Street parking is available throughout the city using the Motu app.
- Ellis Vandenberg paid parking is available from Monroe Ave (covered ramp) and Ottawa Ave (surface lot).
- Paid underground parking is available next door at the Government Center Ramp. This is accessible from Monroe Avenue.
