Greg Rios is a seasoned banking leader with over 20 years of experience across Retail Banking, Mortgage Banking, Business Banking, and Community Development. Known for his strong leadership and team-building skills, Greg has consistently helped organizations, corporations, and individuals reach their full potential.
He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Community Banking Team Lead for Macatawa Bank, a Wintrust Community Bank. His work focuses on ensuring small businesses, non-profits, and the community have products and services that meet their needs. Through his leadership, local nonprofits have launched innovative programs in affordable housing, financial literacy, workforce development, and credit building.
Greg is deeply passionate about supporting the business community, promoting mental health, and ensuring access to stable housing. His community involvement included board service with Home Repair Services, Grand Rapids Dream Center, Michigan Diversity Council, Michigan CRA Association, Grand Rapids Public Schools Foundation, and Roosevelt Park Ministries. He currently serves on the board of directors for ICCF Community Homes and Love Your Neighbor. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise to committees such as the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce Minority Business Certification Program and Latin Americans United for Progress – Youth Conference Committee.
