Alison Mast is a Market Leader at Marsh Risk, partnering with organizations across West Michigan to identify, quantify, and manage risk so they can protect what they have built and pursue growth with confidence. In her role, Alison connects clients with the right risk management strategies, insurance solutions, and specialist resources, bringing together teams across Marsh to address complex challenges from risk financing and claims advocacy to industry-specific exposures and evolving market conditions.
Previously, Alison held the title of President of West Michigan and Head of Strategy for Northern Trust Wealth Management. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Alison worked with senior leaders of major institutions around the world on strategic planning, organizational redesign, and process optimization as a management consultant with Accenture and McKinsey.
Alison graduated with honors in English and Spanish Language & Literature from the University of Michigan and earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Chair of the Finance & Investment Committee for the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. She is also a Board and Executive Committee Member for Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes.
