With a passion for events and curating spaces for individuals to gather, Shawnee Eder serves as the Senior Events Project Manager. She oversees the planning process and logistics from beginning to end for many of our 160+ events and programs. With an eye for detail, an enthusiastic spirit, and plenty of Post-It notes readily available, Shawnee enjoys putting the pieces together for our variety of events that engage the West Michigan business community.
Although originally from Buffalo (New York), Shawnee is proud to call Michigan home. After graduating from Liberty University, Shawnee ventured over to West Michigan where she and her husband, Ryan, have started putting down their roots. They’re embracing the West Michigan lifestyle by heading to the beach often and exploring locally owned restaurants, wineries, and breweries.
Fun Facts:
- The pizza flight at The Mitten Brewing Co. is a MUST, especially with the Field of Greens pizza! Your mouth will be watering when you see it!
- Weekends typically consist of strolling through the local farmers market with an iced lavender oat milk latte in hand, then from there, to Holland State Park she goes!
