Andrea Poulopoulos is Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, for Corewell Health, a $16
billion not-for-profit integrated health system in Michigan. She is an experienced leader in
system-level thinking who aligns people and strategy to create competitive advantage in
large, complex organizations. Andrea is dedicated to building strong supplier relationships
rooted in trust, transparency and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Andrea is responsible for all aspects of supply chain, including procurement, operations,
clinical supply chain, supplier performance management and technology & analytics. She is
charged with leveraging the Corewell Health system supply base to help the organization
realize its vision to deliver personalized health made simple, affordable, equitable and
exceptional.
Under her leadership, Corewell Health supply chain continues to achieve over $200M in
cost savings and avoidance annually and leads industry standards by driving outcomes-
based partnerships with suppliers. Ongoing efforts to standardize distribution and
warehousing processes across all Corewell Health facilities will be realized with the
implementation of a highly automated consolidated service center expected to open in Q1
2026.
