Latricia Trice is the Founder and CEO of LTrice Consulting, a full-service marketing consulting agency established in 2023. With 20 years of comprehensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, communications, branding, and community engagement, she quickly scaled her business to six figures within just 6 months of launch. Today, her thriving marketing agency continues to grow while supporting clients across industries, helping them create and implement marketing and communications strategies that attract customers, build their brands, and drive measurable results.
Prior to starting her agency, Latricia worked in both nonprofit and corporate sectors including at Experience Grand Rapids, The Grand Rapids Chamber, and Amway. Latricia has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Communication from Grand Valley State University. Among other awards, Latricia was named a “40 under 40” awardee by the Grand Rapids Business Journal (now Crain’s Grand Rapids) in both 2020 and 2022.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has a heart and passion for community service; she’s a graduate of Leadership Grand Rapids and currently serves on several local and statewide nonprofit boards and committees.
