Ali Anderson is the CEO of CraftCo, the independent spirits company behind national, award-winning brands such as Jos. A. Magnus & Co., Coppercraft Distillery, Thatcher’s Organic Artisan Spirits, Fox & Oden, and Flying Ace. With entrepreneurial roots in sales and brand management, Ali was promoted from within to lead CraftCo through a pivotal period of recalibration – bringing operational discipline, clarity, and momentum to the company’s operations and portfolio strategy.
In her first year as CEO, Ali has led CraftCo through significant transformation: restructuring the national route-to-market strategy, expanding contract manufacturing to optimize underutilized assets, and reinvesting in brand equity across key markets. With a focus on premiumization, clarity of purpose, and consistency in execution, she’s helped position CraftCo for long-term growth amidst unprecedented industry turbulence. She has approached the role with a transparent, team-first leadership style rooted in resilience, candor, and initiative.
Ali currently serves on the DISCUS Craft Advisory Council, helping advocate for the interests of more than 3,000 craft spirits producers across the United States. She brings to the 2025 West Michigan CEO Summit an honest perspective on leading through uncertainty, reshaping a culture, and figuring it out fast while the stakes are high.
