Born and raised in Grand Rapids (where her late grandfather, a former Kent County Lieutenant, still smiles down from the wall at The Omelette Shoppe), Sarah is deeply committed to her community. As an active Wish Granter with Make-A-Wish Michigan, she’s had the privilege of supporting families through life-changing experiences—like helping a single mother of autistic children navigate their very first flight. She coordinated with airport staff to provide a pre-travel simulation, ensuring the family’s wish trip started with confidence and care. Sarah brings out-of-the-box ideas, bold energy, and purpose-driven strategy to every cause she supports. She’s known for taking risks, sparking fresh ideas, and championing voices that need to be heard. Whether she’s behind a campaign, beside a child, or cheering on a colleague, Sarah leads with empathy, enthusiasm, and an unwavering belief in the power of connection.
