With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of talent acquisition, people operations, and organizational consulting, she is passionate about connecting people, process, and purpose to drive sustainable growth and lasting impact.
Her work has consistently focused on building equitable and inclusive spaces that empower organizations and individuals alike. With a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving talent landscape, Kailyn believes intentional, inclusive talent strategy is essential for organizational resilience and broader community prosperity.
Born and raised in West Michigan, Kailyn is committed to investing in the success of her community. She currently serves as a Member at Large on the Board of Directors at Camp Blodgett and on the Grand Rapids Chamber’s OutPro Council, where she supports youth leadership development and advocates for inclusive professional spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Beyond26, advancing employment opportunities for adults with disABILITIES, and is an active member of the Women in Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan (WAIAM), championing advocacy, education, and visibility for women and girls in STEM and aerospace.
