Hello, is this the event you’re looking for? Join us, we’ll be dancing on the ceiling.
The Create Great Leaders Annual Party is a celebration and opportunity for alumni from all of the Chamber’s leadership programs to reconnect and build a sense of community. This year’s celebration will coincide with the Leadership Grand Rapids Class of 2026 graduation and honor a community trustee in our alumni network.
What to expect:
- Great networking space and easy connections with appetizers + drinks.
- Support future leaders with the chance to win local items through a raffle and silent auction benefitting the leadership program scholarship fund.
- The chance to mingle with attendees from all of our leadership programs: Emerging Leaders, Women in Leadership, Lead Up, and Leadership Grand Rapids.
This is a celebration!
This day also marks the completion of the 2026 Leadership Grand Rapids program and celebrates our newest community trustees. These leaders will join a prestigious group of alumni stepping up to make Grand Rapids a more thriving and prosperous place for all.
We will also celebrate the 2026 Community Trustee Award recipient, who has been selected for their dedication to growing and supporting our region.
This night coincides with the grand opening of the Acrisure Amphitheater and the Lionel Richie concert, and we have good news.
- If you’re attending the concert, you can beat the crowds and park all night long at Studio Park and walk to the amphitheater.
- If you’re not attending the concert, you can stick around for the nightshift, and enjoy the free tailgate party happening at Studio Park prior to the show.
Come for the connections, stay for the celebration, and leave truly inspired.
