ELEVATE aims to increase capacity for minority-owned businesses by removing obstacles through entrepreneurial mentorship and business education, creating a solid foundation for success.

This is accomplished by equipping participants with strong business fundamentals to tackle obstacles to capacity growth and provides each participant with a 1-year commitment mentoring relationship with a Jandernoa Entrepreneurial Mentor.

The first part of the program introduces participants to the mentoring network that will provide each participant with a system of support to enable the personal growth needed to provide the vision, direction, and leadership necessary to manage a more complex business.

The second part of the program is designed to build capacity for each participant through educational opportunities on critical business topics including strategy and operations, leadership and talent development, human resources best practices, finances for growth and more. These sessions are classroom-style workshops that invite experts in their field to share their advice and best practices with cohort participants.
