Bill Culhane has been working in the design and construction industry for more than 37 years, specifically in West Michigan for the last 30 years. During that time, he has worked as an Architect, Construction Manager, and Owner representative on a wide variety of building types. Bill is working as consultant to Grand Action on the Amphitheater project. Bill is a Principal at Progressive AE in Grand Rapids.
