Jamie Martinez D’Agostino brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across both public and private sectors, with deep expertise in organizational strategy, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, total rewards, and performance management.
She currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Steelcase, where she partners with technology leaders to align talent strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness with business priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Prior to joining Steelcase, Jamie served as a Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Corporate team at GE Vernova, as well as for the Defense & Systems Supply Chain at GE Aerospace, supporting a complex global organization. Her earlier experience includes executive HR leadership roles as Vice President of Human Resources at United Way of Greater Cincinnati and Schaefer, along with foundational HR roles at Fifth Third Bank.
Jamie holds a Master of Management from Aquinas College and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University. She is a graduate of the WeLead Women’s Leadership Program and is certified in facilitating HBDI, Healthy Teams, and DiSC.
Based in Grand Rapids, Jamie is passionate about building inclusive, people-centered workplaces and helping individuals and organizations thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, football, theater, and concerts with her husband, Mike and their two dogs, Chewie and Teddy along with spending time with family and friends. She is also deeply committed to giving back to her community.
