Jennifer Crowley is an award-winning entrepreneur, brand strategist, and community leader. For nearly 25 years, she has served as Co-Owner and Chief Marketing Officer of Highland Group, a Top 10 brand and digital marketing studio and a certified B Corporation. Through her leadership, the company has developed transformational work for Fortune 500 companies, wildly successful privately held companies, leading nonprofits and cultural organizations, and educational institutions. She is also co-owner of Brandworks Detroit, an Ann Arbor-based brand communications agency. Previously, she held senior marketing leadership roles at Greatland Corporation and Compuware.
A fierce advocate for inclusive, collaborative leadership, Jen champions her team with caring, coaching and facilitation. The company’s culture and benefits are designed to holistically support team members and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth. She is currently serving a second term as Board Chair for the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce and recently completed service as Board Chair for Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School. Additionally, she has been a board member of Trinity Health Saint Mary’s Foundation, the Library of Michigan, and the East Hills Council of Neighbors. In her free time, you might find her enjoying a Winnie Cooper at the Winchester, going to a performance at the Ballet or St. Cecilia Music Center, working on an embroidery project, or cheering the Cougars at a home football game.
