Jonathan Noble has over 25 years of experience in political, policy, and government affairs, having worked for state and local elected officials, real estate development companies, and, for the last 15+ years, Microsoft Corporation. Based in Silicon Valley, he leads state and local government affairs for energy and economic development policy in support of our Cloud Operations & Innovation group. Prior to his current role, Jonathan represented Microsoft in multiple Western states, covering a broad range of policy areas. He also leads the company’s engagement with various trade and community organizations.
Before joining Microsoft, Jonathan spent over 14+ years working for and with local governments on economic development issues, including commercial, industrial, market-rate, and affordable housing.
Jonathan is a Silicon Valley native, serves on several local non-profit boards, and is a graduate of Haverford College.
