Melissa Boughner is President of the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan, bringing over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience with a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar campaigns, strengthening organizational financial health, and building robust teams to ensure long-term sustainability. A first-generation immigrant from El Salvador, Melissa is deeply committed to Hispanic excellence and is in a season of giving back to her community. She is passionate about ensuring women and Latinos have a voice and presence at the right tables while helping individuals achieve equity, prosperity, and self-sufficiency. As a mother of three young girls, Melissa is a strong advocate for work-life balance, modeling and mentoring younger professionals to thrive personally and professionally. Through her leadership, she is dedicated to driving meaningful change and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
