A former U.S. Marine Corps Officer, Robert commanded one of the largest companies in the Marine Corps, earning the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his exceptional leadership. His diverse background spans law, education, and entrepreneurship having served as a trial attorney, classroom teacher, nonprofit founder, serial entrepreneur, and business strategist. He’s coached thousands of professionals and executives, from startups to Fortune 500 organizations, guiding them through both personal breakthroughs and operational excellence.
Robert holds a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Illinois College of Law, a Master’s in Teaching, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Speech Communication. He is a Certified Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnotherapy, TIME Techniques, and Executive Success Coaching, and also holds certifications as a Conversational Management Trainer, Executive Impact Coach, FLOW Trainer, and Why Institute Coach.
