Val Lego is an Emmy Award winning journalist. She’s spent the last 25 years as a television reporter and news anchor. She also had a quick 15 seconds of fame as part of the Netflix Documentary Making of a Murderer ~ but that’s a story for another time.
Val hosted numerous events throughout the course of her career. From intimate fundraisers to 1,200 person galas, she says the key to having confidence is learning to adapt to different audiences and believing in yourself.
Since leaving television Val launched Lego Lifestyle Productions which includes her Blog Healthy Living with Val Lego, media/ speaking courses for businesses, and event hosting.
