Chelsi DeGennaro is a Talent & Leadership Program Manager at the Grand Rapids Chamber. A West Michigan native and Davenport University alum, she studied marketing and has spent much of her career in the nonprofit and education sectors. With over a decade of experience managing programs, events, and organizational systems, Chelsi brings both creativity and structure to her work.
In her role, Chelsi oversees planning, logistics, and communication for Talent & Inclusion programs and workshops. She’s passionate about creating spaces where people feel welcome, valued, and inspired to grow, both personally and professionally.

She believes the same principles that drive strong nonprofits (empathy, structure, and commitment to inclusion) are what help businesses and leaders thrive. Her work supports the Chamber’s mission to create a more connected, inclusive, and prosperous West Michigan for all.
