Jamell Hatchett serves as the Talent Pipeline Program Manager, bringing a decade of on-the-ground experience in youth development, workforce partnerships, and community engagement. A Grand Rapids native, he has led basketball and mentorship initiatives while collaborating with schools, nonprofits, and employers to open doors for local talent. He studied at Aquinas College and has coached at East Kentwood High School, experiences that shaped his people-first, results-driven approach to leadership.
