As Vice President of Talent & Leadership for the Grand Rapids Chamber, Rodney is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of the Chamber’s talent and inclusion services to the regional business community. This includes the Chamber’s leadership programming and internal and external diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Rodney serves as a member of the Chamber’s Executive Leadership Team, and is responsible for addressing business talent challenges, leadership development and creating a positive organizational culture to make the Grand Rapids Chamber an employer of choice. Rodney has two earned degrees in Entrepreneurship and Business, but his true passion lies in helping people develop and grow and creating environments they feel seen, heard and valued.
Rodney loves traveling, sports talk and spending time with his family.
