Hello! My name is Tiffany Ringold and I am the new Human Resources Generalist at the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. I am dedicated to helping businesses and leaders build strong, inclusive workplaces. With a background in sales and training management, I bring experience in talent development, training, and operational leadership. I am passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures, ensuring compliance, and equipping managers with the tools to be successful. My goal is to support the Chamber and West Michigan by creating thriving, people-centered workplaces through strategic initiatives and continuous learning.

- Favorite local attraction / thing to do? One of my favorite things about Grand Rapids is ArtPrize. I love how ArtPrize makes art accessible to everyone, sparking creativity and conversation throughout the community. The whole city becomes an art gallery and there is always something inspiring to discover.
- Favorite Chamber event or program? My favorite Chamber program is the Economic Growth & Retail Retention initiative. I love how it supports local businesses by fostering a thriving economic environment and providing resources to help them grow and succeed. This program plays a vital role in strengthening our community by attracting new businesses, retaining existing ones, and creating opportunities.
