There is a lot of noise that the economy is slowing, but as the fastest growing region in the state, West Michigan isn’t slowing down.
Updated data for Ottawa County in 2021 showed that despite significant progress in increasing housing supply, demand doubled. With this shift in the market as well as the impacts of the pandemic, an update was also completed for Kent County to determine current demand and to drive supply solutions forward.
