Mackenna Martin joined the Grand Rapids Chamber team as Concierge in 2021. Before her time at the Chamber, Mackenna spent five years in Charlotte, NC keeping things fun and organized as a nanny. Mackenna now uses those skills to keep the Chamber office and work café running smoothly. The first person to greet members in our space, Mackenna works to deliver excellent experiences (and a great work café playlist!) for our visitors. She also supports operational and administrative functions and provides support across all departments at the Chamber.
Originally from Northville, MI, Mackenna has made West Michigan her home since 2020. You can find her enjoying time up north, watching movies, or spending time with her husband and adorable Aussiedoodle, Charlotte.
