Tiffany Benham, known by the pronouns she/her, stands at the forefront of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives as the DEI Program Specialist at Corewell Health. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing and over 11 years of dedicated service to Corewell Health, Benham’s journey began in Training and Development, where she honed her skills and passion for fostering inclusive environments.
In 2020, Benham embarked on a transformative path by joining the Business Resource Group (BRG), Healthy Pride. As a member, she swiftly rose through the ranks, serving as Career Lead, Co-Chair, and eventually Chair, gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of BRG dynamics and the significance of DEI efforts.
Driven by her passion for BRGs and DEI work, Benham transitioned to the DEI team, assuming the role of BRG Program Specialist. Since joining the DEI team, her impact has been profound, evident in the remarkable 64% increase in BRG membership numbers under her guidance.
In 2024, Benham’s focus remains on increasing workforce representation, fostering workplace inclusion, and engaging with the diverse communities that Corewell Health serves. Through comprehensive education programs tailored for BRGs and their members, she empowers BRG leaders with the tools and knowledge to create meaningful change within Corewell Health.
