Hannah Naltner is the Senior Vice President of Organizational Strategy and General Counsel for RDV Corporation, a multi-generational family office serving the DeVos Family.
Hannah leads the Organizational Strategy service area where her work aligns cross-functional teams including Legal, Family Governance, Communications, RDV Technology Services, Project Management, and Facilities to advance RDV’s strategic priorities. Hannah is a practicing attorney whose insight guides the DeVos family’s business and personal endeavors.
Prior to RDV, Hannah worked at Steelcase, where she was Chief of Staff and led the company’s government affairs practice. Hannah also worked in private practice and served as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and her juris doctorate from the University of Michigan.
Hannah currently sits on the boards of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and Chamber Foundation as well as her children’s school. Hannah and her husband, Michael, reside in Grand Rapids with their four daughters and one son.
