LGR introduced me to strangers who became friends. It showed me how this community works both independently in various sectors as well as together. As a transplant, participating in LGR has made my transition to Grand Rapids that much better. I’m a better leader and person since being a part of this program.

The Mosaic Business Collective is a professional group within the Grand Rapids Chamber that promotes a welcoming culture in the West Michigan Community for owners, c-suite leaders and executives from underrepresented groups. The Mosaic Business Collective offers opportunities for education and networking with an emphasis on civic engagement & advocacy, capacity building, and growing personal and professional networks.
The Mosaic Business Collective encourages the representation of business owners and company decision-makers from underrepresented minority groups of all professional backgrounds, including corporations and small businesses from all industries.
