How to Build 35K Housing Units in West Michigan

West Michigan needs 35,000 housing units to keep up with demand.

Brooke Oosterman of Housing Next joined us on the podcast to share how Housing Next and other community partners are working to meet that demand. Oosterman also explains how we got into this housing shortage in the first place. Housing is one of the top priorities for the Chamber, because without proper housing, we can’t find the top talent our region needs to succeed.
