Kent County Commissioner Mandy Bolter

The last two years has been a wild ride for everyone in our community. Right at the center of the action has been Kent County Commissioner Mandy Bolter.

When things were changing fast, Bolter and her team of local leaders had to be able to react quickly. The normally quiet job of County Commissioner got a bit busier after the pandemic started.
