Year in Review with Rick Baker

West Michigan has had an incredible year. 2022 for many was the first full post pandemic year, where operations returned to normal and businesses flourished. But this year wasn’t without its challenges.

Rick Baker, President & CEO of the Grand Rapids Chamber was interviewed on our Back to Business Podcast to recap the last year, and learn more about how businesses are overcoming some of this year’s top challenges like: talent shortages, inflation, and supply chain issues.
