Amanda Hentsch is the Director of Membership at the Grand Rapids Chamber and is responsible for leading the membership team as well as overseeing strategic engagement with current and prospective members. Through her role, Amanda works closely with the community and supports both businesses and business leaders in the West Michigan area. With a background in Nonprofit Administration, she is deeply passionate about serving the community, creating connections, and giving back.
Currently, Amanda serves on the Junior Achievement Associate Leadership Board, the Gilda’s Club Laughfest Cabinet, and the Hotel District Business Association. In her free time, she enjoys shopping local, eating at local restaurants, being outdoors, traveling, and cooking.

- Amanda was once voted “Most likely to be friends with Members” because of the amount of time she spends with members both inside and outside of business hours.
- Amanda’s favorite Chamber event is a tie between the West Michigan CEO Summit and the Annual Meeting: State of Business. Hearing the impactful stories from leaders in West Michigan and the amazing things happening right here in our community gives her so much energy and inspiration.
