As a DEI practitioner and thought leader, Angie has successfully designed and initiated innovative equity and inclusion centered programs, workshops, curriculum, and strategic initiatives. Angie has extensive experience leading various types of dialogues, including listening sessions and circle processes, demonstrating a versatile approach to fostering inclusive, dignity-focused conversations. With over 15 years of experience, Angie has partnered with organizations, non-profits, and academic institutions to advance values of justice, inclusive excellence, and equity. Angie is a people-first leader with a passionate, curious, dynamic spirit and contagious, inspirational energy. An avid photographer, writer, three-time marathoner, and proud parent of a one-year-old Frenchie named Lucy. They are a certified facilitator with The Center for Appreciative Inquiry and hold a BA in Intercultural Studies.
