As the Vice President of Community Development & Inclusion, Brad has more than 15 years of real estate experience, building sustainable communities that meet the needs of stakeholders while improving the well-being and quality of life for neighbors. He has worked in all facets of real estate, including construction, development, finance and sales. Brad’s extensive background in strategic planning, team building, and community engagement brings a unique perspective to Rockford. His experience has enhanced our internal culture, trade contractor relationships and participation within the community as it relates to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
