Brooke Davis is the current Director of Diversity, Equity, and Mental Health Services for a local school district. As a highly motivated leader, Davis has spent twenty-five years helping schools and organizations develop teams, strong leaders, and systems that lead to successful practices. For the past six years, under the mentorship of Teia Gates-Hudgins, she has also worked with entrepreneurs to help develop their businesses, set up systems within their organizations, and have meaningful dialogues about finances. Davis holds a BA from Aquinas College in Communication Arts and a Master’s in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. In 2015, she launched BTD Consulting LLC, a company that is passionate about providing individualized and system-wide approaches for schools and organizations. These services include training, coaching, and consulting programs to ensure success for all employee groups.
