As the community relations manager at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, Courtney Failer drives positive change and engagement by overseeing sponsorships, philanthropy and community initiatives for the firm. She leads LGBTQIA+ empowerment as a member of the Grand Rapids Chamber’s OutPro Council, amplifies social impact through leadership roles in the State of Michigan’s Corporate Social Impact Network and champions diversity by serving on Warner’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Committee. A graduate from Western Michigan University with a B.A. in Theatre Performance, Courtney was a professional musical theatre actress in New York City before moving to Grand Rapids.
