Dee (Deanna) Rolffs (they/them) is a strategist, facilitator, coach, systems thinker, and consultant who works with executive leaders within the intersections of organizational theory, leadership development, and social justice. Their Process Consulting approach utilizes listening, helping, and learning alongside leaders and teams to result in thriving communities. Specializing in crisis and change leadership, they help leaders and teams illuminate underlying issues, infuse learning, envision a just future, and walk a transformational path forward. After years of working in non-profit organizations, Dee launched their entrepreneur life as a Senior Consultant with Design Group International in 2018, became a Senior Design Partner in 2021, and launched L3 Catalyst Group in 2023 to apply Process Consulting methodology (listening, helping, learning) with anti-oppression and liberatory frameworks. Dee serves on the board of the Grand Rapids Pride Center, is learning to meditate, and is always up for truth telling about oppression and living life in liberatory joy.
