Jan Harrington Davis is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to making a positive impact on underserved communities in the fields of healthcare, education, and employment. With a wealth of experience, Jan currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Attraction at Corewell Health System.

Prior to her role at Corewell Health System, Jan held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition- EEO Diversity and Workforce Solutions at Henry Ford Health System, where she played a pivotal role in executing talent strategies and fostering diversity and inclusivity within the workforce.

Jan’s passion for helping underserved communities extends beyond her professional roles. She actively contributes to various organizations and initiatives, serving as a board member for Oakland County Workforce Development -Michigan Works and West Michigan-Michigan Works. She is also an integral part of the Michigan Workforce Training & Education collaborative (MWTC), and a member of the West Michigan Regional Council of Inforum. Jan’s dedication to the healthcare sector is further evident through her involvement on the Board of Trustees for Michigan Health Council (MHC).

Jan Harrington Davis’s commitment to Education is reflected in her role on the State of Michigan, Executive Development Committee under the Department of Education. She is deeply engaged in sharing policies and initiatives to enhance educational opportunities in the state.

Jan Harrington Davis is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., where she continues to uphold the values of sisterhood and service. Her academic achievements include earning an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy. She holds a certification in Labor Relations and is recognized as a Board-Certified Coach.
