Jeffrey Connolly is senior vice president and president of West Michigan and the Upper Peninsula for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, managing and directing operations in the two regions. His role includes a focus on growth and profitability for the company, the delivery of high-quality services to consumers, and developing and implementing strategic plans for the Health Plan Business division in West Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. He serves as a partner with corporate leadership officials who oversee customer service and provide inquiry functions to ensure consumers’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. He’s a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Michigan University. Connolly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the board of directors for the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, The Right Place Inc., West Michigan Policy Forum and Grand Valley State University’s Health Provost Advisory Board. He also has executive-level roles with Talent 2025 the West Michigan Regional Air Alliance.
