Under Crowley’s co-leadership, Highland Group became a dedicated Benefit Corporation, seeking to balance profitability with the good of the community and the planet. She was also instrumental in the agency earning the B Corp Best in the World community designation in 2019, 2020 and 2022. As chief revenue officer for Highland, she helped the company become a Top 10 marketing agency in West Michigan by expanding into several states. Her 24 team is responsible for more than 60 clients, including Steelcase, the Kent District Library, Varnum LLP Law Firm and ADAC Automotive.
