Joseph is a lifelong entrepreneur from West Michigan. Through local ventures in the entertainment industry, retail, and wireless sales, he has proven a curated ability to find creative solutions to complex issues. Within his 20+ years in entrepreneurship, Joseph has developed successful events, securing investments and sponsorship, and local entertainment brands that continue to flourish. In the wireless industry, he grew a retail operation from one location to 20 within 5 years, and has empowered his previous employees to develop entrepreneurial and managerial skills to set them up for success.
Within the past 4 years of his journey co-founding HOLO, he has employed creative tactics on increasing operational success and productivity while limiting expenditure. He has taken charge of establishing HOLO’s digital catalog, EDI connections with partners and integrating it with an ERP, establish fulfillment processes employed by our 3PL partners, and spearheading all aspects of HOLO’s domestic operations.
