Kim Koeman is a passionate social impact leader dedicated to driving transformational change. As the Director of Impact at Steelcase, she leads the Better Futures Community by working closely with global partners to create equitable opportunities and build systemic change.
Throughout her career, Kim has worked across nonprofit sectors, including education, arts, and healthcare, focusing on creating programs that center the voices of marginalized communities. Kim is also a founding board member and Grants Co-Chair of Women of Color Give, a collective that reimagines philanthropy by empowering women of color.
Kim’s work is grounded in the belief that we are better together. She is deeply committed to care, connection, curiosity and belonging as foundational pillars for addressing complex social challenges and creating lasting, meaningful impact.
