Driven by her passion to make a stronger impact in DEI programming, NaTasha Brown joined Meijer in 2022, citing, “I always had a heart for people, equity and advocacy.”
NaTasha leads and supports various DEI programs for Meijer including leadership learning and development, Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs), and enterprise-wide programming such as Self-Identification and TMRG elections campaign and the “Stronger Together, Meijer Unity and Community” campaign: This celebrates Meijer’s commitment to unity and support of underrepresented and marginalized communities.
NaTasha’s personal aligns with one of Meijer’s principles of treating everyone with “dignity and respect”.
