Shawn Perdue currently serves as Supplier Advancement Program Manager at MillerKnoll, advocating for the inclusion of small and underrecognized businesses within global supply management. He prides himself on being a connector, change agent and servant leader in every area of his influence. Shawn also has 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst, mitigating business risk and establishing strong and productive business relationships with both internal and external business partners. Within his career at MillerKnoll, Shawn has served as a CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellow, Herman Miller Cares Foundation Ambassador, co-founder of a Corporate Toastmasters Chapter and has also earned his Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration at Grand Valley State University. Shawn has also been a strong contributing member and leader in corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
