Breakfast with Legislators events provide Chamber members and their employees the opportunity to establish relationships with key decision makers and voice opinions on issues moving forward in Lansing. Networking and facilitated question-and-answer sessions offer firsthand information on upcoming legislation and House and Senate committee activities, prompting great dialogue between legislators and Chamber members.

Before our panel of legislators, we will hear from Hilary Doe, Michigan’s Chief Growth Officer who was appointed by Governor Whitmer to work with the Growing Michigan Together Council to grow Michigan’s population, boost economic growth, and make Michigan the place everyone wants to call home.  

She will be joined by Kerry Ebersole Singh, the MEDC’s Chief Talent Solutions & Engagement Officer, who leads MEDC’s strategic focus of developing high-wage skills growth by working with businesses, higher education institutions and communities to better attract, retain and cultivate the talent critical to growing the state’s economy.
