About the Program

Leadership Transformed: Human-Centered Leadership reimagines management by putting people first. It highlights that true success stems not just from strategies and structures, but from valuing individuals—their unique talents, aspirations, and needs.

At its core, human-centered management is about authenticity. It’s about leaders who go beyond managing to mentor and motivate, understanding that their actions and attitudes directly influence team engagement and retention. Authentic leaders embody their values, creating an environment of trust, respect, and collaboration.

Leadership Transformed focuses on enhancing the skills of our community’s senior leaders. Utilizing the Enneagram assessment, peer connections, and other innovative self-discovery tools, leaders gain clarity on their intrinsic leadership qualities. By deepening their self-understanding, they can better connect with their teams, fostering stronger relationships and more effective collaboration.

What You’ll Gain:

Skills & Know-How to:

  • Empower your authentic leadership: Take bold risks, confidently share your perspective, and make valuable contributions.
  • Build an emotionally intelligent team: Where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
  • Lead with confident vulnerability: Practice transparency and self-reflection to cultivate a culture where authenticity thrives.

The Business Case: Leaders who focus on their strengths see improvements in their performance and in that of their employees, including employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

When people apply their strengths, they are:

  • 6x as likely to be engaged in their jobs

  • 3x as likely to report having an excellent quality of life

  • 6x as likely to strongly agree they have the opportunity to do what they do best every day

(Suellentrop, A. (2022, October 6). Leadership Authenticity Starts with Knowing Yourself. Gallup: Clifton Strengths.)

This program is designed for senior leaders ready to challenge themselves and make a profound impact. This course is for you if you’re committed to transforming your leadership and organization. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Push Beyond Your Comfort Zone: This course will challenge you to confront vulnerability and authenticity in ways you haven’t before. Growth happens outside your comfort zone, and that’s where we’ll take you.
  • Redefine Your Approach to Leadership: Expect to rethink traditional leadership roles. We’ll delve into what it means to lead authentically, helping you build stronger, trust-based relationships with your team.
  • Explore Personal Barriers: We’ll help you identify and overcome personal challenges and barriers hindering your connection with your staff. This self-awareness is crucial for effective leadership.
  • Innovate Through Collaboration: You’ll collaborate with peers on new and innovative programs and rewards, fostering a culture of creativity and engagement. These peer connections can become invaluable, lasting a lifetime.
  • Embrace Uncomfortable Conversations: Our focus on emotional intelligence and confident vulnerability will push you into uncomfortable but necessary conversations, driving personal and professional growth that translates into real business ROI.

Our team intentionally creates a safe and welcoming space where all voices are heard and valued. We encourage open dialogue, active listening, and mutual respect among all participants. Our programs are designed to promote collaboration and understanding, recognizing that diverse perspectives lead to a stronger community for all.
