Create Great Inclusion: Inclusion Institute

The Grand Rapids Chamber Inclusion Institute is a 21st century workshop learning experience based on the Institute for Healing Racism.

Why it matters: The workshop is designed to give participants tools to enhance their capacity to engage in conversation about racial equity, race, and racism through an intersectional lens.

What to expect:

• Explore your own identity, thoughts, and feelings
• Learn about the various dimensions of race, racial equity and inclusion
• Develop and implement a 21-day action plan
• Listen and learn in a in a non-judgmental setting that promotes greater awareness and understanding and motivates movement towards greater inclusion
