Olivia Koster is a passionate people person, diligent communicator, and a detail-oriented lover of organization. Olivia joined the Chamber team in 2021 as an events manager, and is now working on the Chamber’s Talent Development team as the Senior Talent Development Program Manager, where she manages, facilitates, and champions the Chamber’s leadership development cohorts and affinity groups. Olivia finds a deep sense of purpose while connecting with others and helping folks become connected to the community.
Olivia is a proud graduate of Calvin University, where she studied Organizational Communication. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband enjoying all things outside: playing pickle ball and tennis, hiking, going to Lake Michigan, and enjoying time in the Summer sunshine.
